Casa del Oso

An enclosed patio with a pool, and a living room whose doors slide back until there is no line between the house and the garden. Four bedrooms across three levels. The ocean from some balconies, the mountains from others. In the evening all ten sit down at one table under the tiled roof.

A long unheated pool with wide, shallow steps. Under the tiled roof, a dining table for ten and a lounge of wicker armchairs. An upper terrace catches the sun for loungers, and a corner of the garden stays in shade all day. There is an outdoor shower beside the water, for coming back from the beach.

Barbecue

A separate terrace with a built-in barbecue, a work counter and a sink. You can cook, serve and clear up without going back inside.

Living and dining room

Two sofas, a Smart TV, and a dining table indoors for the days you would rather eat in. The sliding doors open straight onto the terrace and the pool.

Kitchen

Room for two people to cook without getting in each other's way. A large range and oven, a second oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a side-by-side fridge and a separate freezer. Air fryer, waffle iron, toaster and a hand blender. A breakfast nook sits just off the kitchen, with a bench and a window onto the palms.

Two bathrooms serve the three bedrooms upstairs, and there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. The house sleeps eight. A cot is available on request.

A separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi throughout the house and the garden. The garage holds two cars, so there is no hunting for a space in Del Duque.
